Ya know, I live in Florida... and I actually had to look up where Mad Beach Was! LOL Bit to far for me for a Car show. But, i think eventually were gonna have to have a Central west fabo meet some time...

Allmost forgot Nice rides!

that is awsome im gonna have to drive my ol dart up there when its all done

Cool pics, just moved from right there at, 30 Ave& 36St. Used to go there alot. The black Nova has been going there for a long time. The blue datsun pickup is street driven used to see it go past my job on 49th St. everyday, sounds mean!! Thanks for the pics, too bad we didnt meet up when i was there, sucks cause i didnt know many MoPar guys there.

God I miss Biff Burger. I grew up about three blocks up 39th ave. Back in high school some of my friends were skating car hops, back before Buffys ice cream. Any ways my first car, a 69 malibu, broke down alot and I never had money to fix it so me and some friends would push it down early and hang out around the car then push it back home later. Those were the days....Dean

Are you on the east coast Eric? Mad beach is what we call Madeira Beach. 8)
We have to do something in the next year before I head west.

Mmmmmmmm......yum, I like the picture of the ribs and the Roadrunner. :D

Other then that Runner and if you count the Willys that was it for MOPAR. Sometimes there's more.
There was a 73 Barracuda but the pic is crappy. The car wasn't much better. I think he painted it with spray cans. But at least he was there. :-D

We'll park side by side and get some attention. There arn't to many 70's Darts around here. It is something you have to see just once.

Too cool 74DART. Your right about MOPARS around here, I think this is Ford country(and imports).
That big block Nova was sweet. The Datsun pickup just looked fast sitting there.8)
I live straight out 38th Ave right where Bay Pines splits to Seminole Boulavard or the beach.

cool pics.Now I'm hungry!
=P~=P~=P~=P~
that last 55 is sharp

Yeah daredevil it had nice paint, it kind of glows in the pic and its dark.
Notice the fender well headers.=P~

Dean you are dating youself there with the car hops. :-D They made the ice cream shack Buffy's BBQ, they still have ice cream though.
I have a friend who graduated from Northeast in 69, he was telling me of another car joint on 5th Ave by St Pete High that had car hops.
Pushing the car up is insane...I like it!
74DART said he just moved from the area. Small world.
You guys ever go to Sunshine Dragstrip? Or the Snowbird Nationals in Bradenton and see the jet truck?

Wow homecloned8)8)8) I just got up and waiting for my first cup
Looks like a geat night to me , The Willy's and the GTS Buicks and the cobra car to the hard top furd, The Datson looks crazy fast
Looks like a fun time for sure. How much did they have on the 69 roadrunner?
I had a friend call me and had to run about ten miles up the road and take him home, his little furd truck broke down on him.
Thank you for sharring and the ribbs looked good.

Morning bud. I didn't even think to see how much it was. #-o
That Willys was bad and I have always loved the Buick's. Small turn out and not many MOPARS. I thought my camera would take better pics at night, I had to lighten these up.
74 DART and deanster have been to this place and lived only blocks away, how cool is that.8)
74 DART has seen that Datsun driving right there on 49th St.
You could here that Cobra as soon as he pulled into the lot. 427 Roush engine.
There is also another Fairlane with the retractable roof that is black around here.
We stayeed for about an hour and a half but I was getting a little sore.

Damn, Noel, that's one big plate of ribs. Made me want to fire up the grille and smoke some of my own. The pics of the cars were nice, too. LOL

Im headed to Sams club for our monthly stock up, ribs are definitely on the list.

Gulf Boulevard, the Daquari Deck is 2 min from my house. That and Ricky T's.
Do you remember the propane powerd Coronet with the bbq grill top hood scoop that runs at Sunshine. I used to love King of the street and strip.

I used to run in the pure stock division at Sunshine. I also ran in the oval drags before that. It broke my heart to here the speedway closed down. Is the drag strip still open? ....Dean

P.S. I dont feel that old. That was back around 81-83.
