    I recently looked at a 1969 Barracuda convertible with a C14 code on the fender tag. All the decoders I have found say C14 is "rear shoulder belts". What exactly does that mean? Has anyone ever seen another 1969 Barracuda with this code?

    What's the meaning of a low production number on the fender tag? If a 69 valiant has a production number of 100097, does that mean it was the 97th car off the production line?
