Yes, my Duster has the V21 code on the fender tag. To the best of my knowledge, there were 3 different style hood scoop options. The snorkel hood w/ center stripe, longer outer hood scoops (plastic/fiberglass), and the shorter Cuda scoops (pot metal). The ones on my Duster are the shorter Cuda scoops (pot metal). From my prior research, this hood style came with a hood sticker that went around the outer hood edges and the center raised hood area was painted the body color. The scoops and sticker were typically the same as the stripes used on the side of the car. I tHink this style was common on the Duster-Twister versions, but was optioned on non-Twister versions as well. Either way, this style hood treatment is the rarest of them all. Hope this info helps.
