When I was young (when dinosaurs roamed) Mc Donald’s use to make their fries with a similar machine. Had a machine that washed and semi peeled fresh taters. Back when they sold real food!
Wow are you in north Florida. That shop is as bad as the one that rebuilt my Durango tranny. They kept blaming bad torque converter comming apart. Must be same converter rebuilder.
I would contact whoever you bought the booster from. Maybe they have some technical support. Most boosters have an adjustment rod that goes in MC. Could back that off a little and see if that helps
