Fyi I'm using an obsolete mp 590 solid and doing well enough that when I called comp and Hughes about upgrading they said they wouldn't have a suggestion to upgrade my combo

That's exactly what I'm doing. I have the 318 already and I just found that cam for sale on another mopar site so I am going to go for it. Thanks for the feedback everyone.

How about any other hydraulic cam recomendations?

Is anyone using this cam in their small block? any 318's specifically? I was thinking about trying one in a drag car only. 3200 pound Dart, 4.10 gear and a built 904 with 8" converter. I would also be using stuff I already have like my Edelbrock performer rpm heads and intake. My curreny 360...
