ok... i "*** U ME D" since I cranked on the car ignition for a few days, then removed the battery and reinstalled battery and the key did not crank the car - it wasn't the seat belt interlock "because it worked for a few days in a row and ONLY removed and then reinstalled battery" that wasn't...
It does "crank" with screw driver at relay... thats how i checked the distributor to make sure pick up was ok
also already have multimeter and test light... thats how i checked to make sure ballast was ok olso
gonna try the jumper at ballast ty
when I turn the key on... the voltage indicator on the dash - goes down... when i turn it to the start position it goes back up a little bit but kinda bounces... not sure if that helps
even when it did turn over by the key i did not have fire, removed and reinstalled battery and now the key dont work yet jumping across the relay it turns over but yet still no fire
YES IT IS.... it is not hooked up on the inside... and it turned over by the key(many many times) before removing battery, now it don't... so didn't think that was a problem, but really dont know

just guessing(from a person of integrity).... I think what he is saying is if the charge is 3% then be honest and say 3% and if they really want 4%... say that another 1% would be for ??(whatever the honest answer the other 1% is going for) instead of grouping the 3% and 1% into them same...
