Yeah Brian! Thanks for the email link! I'm hoping you have the paint formula for her. I am ordering the quarter skin after I set up a date with the body shop. He says matching the color should not be a problem. Especially with the paint info. I'll be in touch.

Cool! It is a nice car overall...solid! I tore the motor down to the short block in 2008...put the x heads and intake/water pump/alternator/headers/radiator basically whole top end on it. At the time the crank didnt throw my any warning signs...but I do know Dan had the new trans/convertor put in..so it may have started after that! That motor should be pretty solid. The pistons, cyl walls all looked really good in 2008 when I had it apart! Yea, keep me posted and send me some pics! The paint was done in 2007...I've got some pics of it before paint (when it was white) and right when I bought it if your interested in seeing some of them....just give me your email address. Amazingly small world!. The plan so far for the Dart is to have the 340 rebuilt. Unfortunately the crank was pretty much destroyed from excessive side loading. ( I think ) We were setting the timing when we noticed all the excessive endplay. ( Over 1/8"!!!) I have the motor at a local engine builder shop and awaiting the grocery list for what needs to be replaced other than the obvious things. Aside from that she's still in great shape. The interior needs a little attention, the front seats have some rips and will need new padding. Got loads of compliments for the few times I took it out for rides. I'll be keeping everything the same as it is now, the color is awesome. I'll keep you posted. By the way, its my first mopar too!

Hello, my name is Gerard. I just wanted to let you know I bought the Dart that used to be yours. It was cool to find here. Love the Pic next to the old school gas pumps. The car is still in okay shape but is currently torn down for an engine rebuild, and going to the body shop for a rear quarter replacement. (rusted through) Should have everything done by spring.

You do any shows in SW MI with your Scamp? I'm in Allegan and am yet to see another Scamp. -Travis-
