  • HI Bill. I recently bought a 1965 Valiant 100. I read on an earlier thread that you were once looking for the headlight Bezels. I am also looking for these. The 1's i have on the car are original but also quite dented. Did you come right with purchasing the fiberglass pair? Id like to know where i could get these. I am based in South Africa.
    Hello Bill,
I have been reading your posts. Hoping to encorporate some of your sucesses into my turbo slant six build. I am definately using an intercooler, i would like to get an honest 300 horse power out of this motor.
Could you please recommend a proper turbo for me? I would like to run 12-15 pounds of boost, but have the ability to later turn up the boost with the same turbo.
I am thinking later on doen the road i will pick up a used slant on craiglist, and then shell out the money for forged internals.
Thanks for any info. Your car is looking great. I would be satisfied to have something half as nice.
    Thanks, Russ in newyork

    hi Bill....
need your pearls of wisdom on what bypass valve to use. have V2 SI trim and looking at 12psi boost. the Vortech jobbies seem to look ok but the one i'm looking at is rated 0-8psi. is this too small or what would you reckon be a good one to go for.

cheers and happy new year. Andy

Hi Asa!!! I'm doing fine and the car is coming along nicely. The fuel system is 100% finished, and we're working on the wiring right now. I'll post some pictures, soon. Dang; I wish I was in Tulsa; there's an NHRA points race going on at the drag strip today, Saturday and Sunday. $20.00 admission each day. My good friend Vern Buchanan is qualified in Stock Eliminator at #4.

If you go, say Hi to him for me. He races a '73 Mustang in H Stock Automatic (sort of a yellow car.) Runs low 11's at about 115 mph. Nice wheelies... :)

Hope everything is okay with you !
