Gotta post some, I just rejoined last week and don't have anything up there yet....just have boring pics though.

Was thinking about changing to v-8 but this 225 with two deuces(webers 430 cmf on each carb no secondaries) and headers puts about 450 foot lb torque and more hp than the 273. I would have to put a floor shifter if i couldn't find a 906 for a 64, in 65 mopar went away from duel shift cables with their push button shift to a single cable. So, the park works as one now.

NO problem......and I don't even like beak cars, but yours looks pretty cool. lol As long as you don't pump them air shocks up real tight, they will be fine for a while. Good call on the shackles.....not only do they look kinds stupid hangin down, but they are also dangerous. They can cause the leaf spring to flex laterally and that can suck......bad enough to cause an accident. Glad you got them off. Keep postin up them progress pics!
