Those appear to be where the 68 trim attaches.

    1968 Barracuda Tail Panel

Thanks for the replies guys….I would like to keep the 68 tail panel considering the tail lights. I think the stripe might just be the way to go. This is the first early barracuda I’ve owned. I bought it about 2 months ago and keep finding stuff the seller misrepresented. I trusted him more...

    1968 Barracuda Tail Panel

Hey guys, I picked up this 68 barracuda a couple months ago and the tail panel trim was not installed. It came with the 68 trim as well as a 69 trim panel. My question is regarding what seems to be an excessive amount of holes in the middle portion of the panel (see photos). Is there some kind...

[FOR SALE] 1972 duster with magnum swap

This was a car my buddies and I built two years ago for the Roadkill Zip Tie Drags in Tucson, AZ. We road tripped it almost 1,500 plus miles without incident. My son has been driving it back and forth to school since then and its been dead nuts reliable. I'll get the bad out of the way first; it...

5x4" to 5x4.5" dr. diff kit, Questions.

Yeah, I was just referring to the fact that sometimes the difference between Ford and Mopar wheels is that the load on one rides on the lugs and the other on the hub. I don't remember which is which as it was something I looked into a long time ago. Maybe just do some research into it as if it...

    6BTM or locked out timing?

https://www.theturboforums.com/threads/72-valiant-more-door-stock-318-twin-turbo-running-02-24-12.359972/ Here is a link to the SUPER low buck turbo valiant I build years ago. Definitely down and dirty. Junkyard turbos, boost referenced mechanical pump etc. Wish I still had it but it ended up...

    6BTM or locked out timing?

It’s an MSD box that has a boost reference line. You can adjust a dial to remove X degrees of timing per pound of boost. That way it drives completely normal when you’re not into the boost. I used mine with my stock electronic Mopar distributor in the 318. Don’t see why it wouldn’t work with a...

    6BTM or locked out timing?

The msd btm is well worth it for street driving. I used one on my turbo 4 door build.

    GIVING IT AWAY

It took a few trips of driving the duster on his own before my son really got what it meant. I think it was no fun when I was in the passenger seat telling him what to do. Once he got out on his own....he came back with a smile on his face and a respect for the power of it. LOL. Nice car BTW

Oil consumption and ticking after cam swap?

Thanks for the real world info Bobzilla. Could be some clearance issues there then. I didn't check anything as I was assembling it at 3:00am and we had to leave at 5:30am :) I'm glad I did the magnum swap however I'm finding the budget/power deal only goes so far. Even EQ heads are pretty...
