Just wanted to update. I replaced the carb with the Sniper and a new fuel pump. I had to put in a new fuel sending unit and was dropping the tank anyway. This seemed like the best idea. I left the intake stock. So I fixed two problems this way. Cost me $1,100. I did try rebuilding the carb...

Iv been looking at pretty much all of the efi systems. The only one I found with issues is the Go EFI Fuel Command Center. Apparently it boils gasoline and then explodes.

I think my biggest concern was resale. If I did install a 4 injector efi, I think I could sell it when the engine blows and then junk the vehicle. I am not sure there would be the same market for the 2 injector efi.

Do think it will ever matter that its a 2 injector system?
