These parts are from my 73 duster. If I remember correctly the tranny arm is for a 727. If you will notice in the pics I made the arm slotted so you can adjust the linkage exactly as you need. I later went to a 904 and a floor shifter. I accept paypal and ship from Graham, Texas 76450...

I just installed the gen II super from vintage in my 73 duster..it cools great and the temp here in texas today was 102 in my town...I was able to run the fan on medium and be comfortable...vintage does not sell a sure fit for the duster...I bought the compressor and bracket from bouchilon and...

Mine on my 408 with small cam is total 34 degrees at 2500 rpm...if yours does not ping or detonate and does not kick back on starter..you are fine. More initial gives better low end and mid range torque. In the past I have seen guys set the timing initial at 10 or 12 degrees thinking all is...

I really love the low end torque of the 408. At present I have highway gears..plan to go on some long trips and cruises....but earlier had 3.91..big difference...:)
