    Dart radio with thumb wheels

Well ... one screw post is intact. However, wouldn't one be all I need? I think the screw posts in the 67 were meant to help anchor the bezel onto the dash (because the plastic tabs were a terrible design). If I'm going to drill holes through the front of the bezel, there shouldn't be a need for...

    Dart radio with thumb wheels

Well ... that doesn't appear to be possible. My radio bezel is integral with the rest of the heater control bezel.

How would I even go about installing a new bezel? Just use the Dremel and cut the old one out?

Here's the bezel I currently have. I've got the nice chrome paint from Alsa coming in and I was going to use it on the metal trim down the side of the car. Maybe I could use it for this?

If you click on the camera icon next to the product, it shows the same bezel I'm working with here.

    Dart radio with thumb wheels

Oh, I'm aware - I'll have to use a router and carve out space for the thumb wheels. Really, my preference would be to keep my 67 radio with its knobs. However, it'll look extraordinarily dumb in this bezel.

I need to replace my 67 bezel because the plastic mounting tabs all snapped off.

    Dart radio with thumb wheels

Bought it ... maybe a year ago? ... from Classic Industries because I couldn't find a bezel that matched my 67 bezel that had knobs. 1967 Dodge Dart Parts | MA1784 | 1967-69 Dodge Dart Radio and Heater Control Dash Bezel; without AC | Classic Industries

Dang - so, it wouldn't fit? Do you know of a radio that will fit? Pictured: dash in question.

    Dart radio with thumb wheels

Looking to install a radio into my 1967 Dodge Dart 270. New repro faceplate doesn't work with my original radio - the repro has thumb wheels instead of knobs for dials. So I'd like to buy a radio that will fit my 67 dash that has such thumb wheels. Working or non-working, though I'd prefer the...

67 Dart 4dr sedan - Rubber for window channels

Kind of a weird question. Working with a 1967 Dodge Dart 270 4-door sedan. I need new rubber parts for the window channels on my doors. I don't need new cat whiskers. Rather, I need the parts that seal the door glass when the window is rolled up. However, I don't know the proper name for that...

Need replacement bolt for a blower motor

Just a quick update - found a 4" carriage bolt at Ace Hardware that looks nice and gets the job done.

Need replacement bolt for a blower motor

1967 Dodge Dart 270 here, non-AC. Rebuilding my heater box. I got the original Leece Neville blower motor put back together and spinning, which was no small victory for me. Just as I was fixin' to put the fan on, the end of one of the bolts snapped. "Well, (*^%*&^%$*!" I thought to myself, "I...

For safety - original bench or switch to bucket?

(And to add - if it weren't a safety risk, I'd keep the bench seat all day long. There's a nostalgic element to it. I practically grew up in my grandfather's 1982 Dodge Aries. It had a beautifully hideous mustard-yellow interior and a front bench seat with ashtrays built into the back.)
