I am selling my 66 nova for a change used to be a mopar guy so decided on a dart,demon,gts a body any way the gts seems out of my price range although they are worth 40-55k settled on a dodge swinger 340 which has a value of 32-36k if equiped with a/c and 4 speed. now if you were to get a 318 model they are only worth 14-18k in top shape I plan to put a 408 with aluminum heads 10.5 compression ,cam ,converter,headers,intake msd ect.I'm going to pull the engine and store it does anyone know if leaving the 340 in it and small cam headers msd (hidden)would I do better at the auction as a numbers matching 340 swinger,or as a swinger with a 408 500hp in it.It seems the numbers matching thing is the thing poeple look for any have advice on how to present the car when I,m ready to sell,do most poeple look at the listed price in tthe book as I stated before 32-36k swinger 340 or reg swinger 318 with 408 in it 16-18k does it go by what it is now or what it was born as or does it not matter..
