Sorry for the delay. Yes they are tinted. What I-think is the backlite measures exactly 23" from top to bottom in the center.

From my car when I got it, I have both rear 1/4 windows, Right side door glass, and what I-THINK is a rear glass / backlite. We can investigate this further if-needed. It might be a windshield. These are 53 year-old parts and are not going to be anywhere near perfect. I am moving soon so...
