    One more thing to help your sale....which pattern? So....you have a 72-74 Truck rearend. Two wheel drive had 5 on 4 1\2 for 2wds....4wds had 5 on 5 1\2 pattern.

    My 65 block is the first Poly A-engine I've seen without the extra hole in the front of the block....Not sure when they had stopped that.

    Also, with those two four intakes with the bypass nipple coming straight out like that.......I wonder if folks have tried putting the magnum front serpentine set up on one.

    I actually learned a lot on this site (Poly318.com) for sure just here lately. My latest find......the poly single four-barrel intake has been in the back of my mind for over 32 years, my first one was of course a 2-barrel poly 318 that I had put in a 1966 step side Dodge truck back before I was 16.

    I'm sure there is truth to that.....but I usually block the heat crossover in my neck of woods anyways. If I run manifolds, I look for some without the flap. Saying all that and back to the baffle.....being over the cam tunnel holes it would be blocking the oil splash from the cam from getting...

    With folks taking the plates off the bottom of cast iron intakes for sand blasting or whatever reason.... this wouldn't require one as far as needing to keep oil from scorching the plenum's......IMOP....and keep lifters where they need to be.... hopefully...LOL
