  • Tag,you're it. Don't even start me,on 62-64 Tuxedo Black FE Galaxies,lol. FWIW,got my first FE ride in 83. A 57 Ranch Wagon(?) Sedan delivery. Well massaged early 60's solid lifter 390 block.Basic build,with a Crane solid lifter cam,428 C.J.top end. Damn,that baby pulled hard.I was a blazing 16 years old.
Hey ,Rick. Just the passenger side exhaust,to finish.(The Summit/Jegs ,mandrel kit. Just ran out of drive.Hope the lady on your life, feeling better. Thanks, for saying hi,I appreciate it.
Rick I just installed a new turn signal switch and the lever is very hard to go up or down what could I have done wrong? Does it need greased?
Hey there,Ricky. Wish the best, for the family. Getting close to lighting the Magnum. Will send you pics, and a video on the low side.Trans lines, exhaust. Thanks for saying hello.
Got a question , this year only have enough $$ for Alu heads or GV overdrive , with super 94 octane over 1.68 - 1.75 /liter have to do something to either use cheaper gas or get better mileage . What would you do Alu heads and save 20-30 cents a liter or overdrive and get 25% better mileage maybe , but on 94 octane gas ?
Wish I had the $$ for both !
Hope all is going well on your end .
Rick, love the experience, and the common sense application. You handle things well. Hope the lady in your life, better. Like a street racer,a quick exit.See you later.....
Rick I have a friend who wants to use a stock 727 trans and converter out of a 69 340 car, He has it camed up a little, will the stock 340 converterwork with this setup?
Thanks for and advice, Your friend Tom
    Rick,no disrespect anywhere.(lol!). My comparision,300 horse /350 Chev. Installing ,the 151 350/327 grind,doesn't respond. Of course,bowl port the heads. That is close to,240 @ .500.Same as ,1.92 EQ's.Ran the equivelent,of the old 360/350 grind(58 overlap,on a 114). 21 inches of vacuum ,on a hydraulic roller. Sent in for a regrind.Silly info,for you ,on a stockie Magnum block.Hope this helps.
    Happy Easter ,Rick!

Btw,caught the post ,on Magnum, head flow, the other night. If interested,I can clue you in,P.M me.
Thanks for the welcome. My dad said that he had been waiting 40yrs for Plymouth to built the perfect car for him. He traded our 66 Barracuda, which my mom dearly loved, for his Duster 340 brand new. What a preformer. I loved his automatic so much that I went shopping for one that preformed as good as his. I found a 4 speed that really hauled a**. Drove that 4 speed over 13yrs before selling it and have regretted it every day since. People will argue but I think 1970 was the pinnacle of U.S. automobiles. There, thats just my opinion. Thanks again. Hope we can talk more. God Bless. Dave Sloan.
