I have the spitfires from Harold with a 4 speed in my '66, no issues.

In my experience with it, it only works on VERY porous rusted metal, but works very well on that and can be topcoated. You have to topcoat it when it is still tacky. If you put it on new steel or clean steel, it will peel I don't care how much prep you do. It is the chemical bond with RUST...

Some of the best darn metal work I have seen Charlie! I fear I have to do the same in several areas on the '65, but lack the skill to get it where yours is setting lol. You're inspiring a bunch of us keep up the great work!

'65 Formula S auto, silver with black stripe/interior. Sorry guys no pics right now will try to post some later. Car needs complete resto but is all there. On the back burner for now...
