  • Give you an idea what I went through. It does require alittle tunnel modifications and modifying the center torsion mount as well as hydraulic clutch mounting, pedal assembly if your car was originally an automatic, manual setup is a lot easier to do, custom tranny mount, posibble driveshaft shortening, moving the motor foward an inch but a few other people didn't do that and worked out great for them but I don't know if they had to shorten there driveshafts or not. I did it to retain the original driveshaft sourcing out all the parts, mine was originally an automatic, but overall it's great especially on long drives, that overdrive does help out a lot and the car is a lot more fun to drive! First gear it's kinda like a granny gear but launches the **** out the car from a dead stop.
Hi! Someone recommend I send you a pm about an nv3500 out of a Dakota swap into my 74 318 duster? I'd like to know if it's worth the hassle
