    Plymouth Emblem came off

Hello All, My 72 Ply Duster had a Plymouth emblem that came loose on the trunk lid. Looks like it was attached with some kind of adhesive tape of sorts. BTW: There are no holes or any pins on the emblem Any suggestions as to where this tape/product can be found to re-attach it? Thanks for any help.

    Ignition Switch Changeout

First thing I did was replace the ballast - no help. Would turn over but not fire. I also think the firewall is not grounded as there were other areas not grounded either. I'll attempt to ground the firewall to the frame to see if that helps. The other potential issue are those bulkhead firewall...

    Ignition Switch Changeout

I'm wondering if it is possible to change the column ignition switch in my 72 Duster w/340. It could the issue as it will not fire but, "sometimes"... when I release the switch then it seems like it wants to fire. I know that I have seen that same issue posted but can't find it. So, I guess I...

Why was 440 not a Road Runner option?

We ordered our 4 sp, bench seat, hardtop, b5 blue, 69 RR in Feb of 69 and the 440 was not avaialble however, the 426 Hemi was an option for a mere $400.00 extra!! Wife said 426 HP was too much for me and the 383/335HP would be fine. The 440 came out later in the year so, yes.. it was available...

Anyone bored a stock 340 block .060 over?

My 340 is bored .60 over and no problems ..... other than it's hard to keep cool and I've heard that it might be of it "being .60 over". Didn't do the sonic test but - mine's not for the track just tearing up the neighborhood ;-)

Demon and Dart Sport Scoop Location

This is great information. Just wondering how your install turned out as I am doing dual scoops on my 72 Duster as well and is my winter project. It had a /6 - so there are no cutouts in the hood for the 4" holes. Attached is a pic of the hood with temp scoop placement however, I may change that...

    Help with hood scoop installation

My Duster is not the OEM level - just a fun car with a "snotty & throaty" 340 - Thanks to everyone for your advice & ideas......

    Duster hood Scoop Placement

I plan to use a piece of cardboard. Lay the scoop on it - press the studs into the cardboard, trace the scoop and cut out for placement on my hood. That's the plan and we'll see how that works out....

    Help with hood scoop installation

Looking to install hood scoops on my 72 Duster 340. I have the scoops but my question is related to placing inserts/gasket (?) in the 4" holes in the hood to perhaps keep the rain water out. While I never plan to drive in the rain - sometimes it just happens. I have searched and can't seem to...
