Does it have a date code?

So, a couple things. Are you sure it's a STR-14 and not an STR-14-6? They look very very similar, but the tops don't interchange. I have an STR-14-6 (top and bottom), that I had a machine shop make me an STR-14 top for. It wasn't cheap, but they did it right. I gave them both the STR-14-6 bottom...

I don't see the part # KBD-3500 on my Jesel belt drive anywhere, but I did have this one on my 540 Blower car. Low usage on the belt ($110.00)and the one seal ($100.00)was just replaced. It says SPD38670 on the pulley. I'd like $850 USD, plus shipping please.
