Was there a certain year they started stamping build date on the passenger side of the A833? The one I have does not , just the raised forged numbers.

I completed putting this group of 4 speed parts together for a '65 270 Dart .Early Hurst Comp. plus, 23/30 spline A833,small Bell /flywheel,10" clutch. The shifter and trans are smooth. Good luck with your project.

ON my '65 Dart GT I recently sold, I had my pinstripe guy do the steering wheel and console in faux burled wood look. Not a show car, but I liked the look.

Thanks, good to know. The welds are up some on both sides. I will grind them down to level and see what happens. I bought the shifter off Craig's list a while back with a fiberglass hump and shifter bezel. Getting all the parts for a 273 / 4 speed swap into a '65 270 2 dr.

I have an early A Hurst Comp. Plus shifter I need a reverse shift arm. Everything else is in pretty good shape, but the reverse arm has been repaired. I would rather replace it. Looked at Brewers and online, no luck. Any help appreciated.
