Hydraulic Clutch Experience

I considered doing this on my 73, but never did it. Keisler makes hydraulic master cylinder conversions for mopars, (you might know them as the tremec 5 spd conversion people ?). I seem to remember it fitting into the oval opening for the clutch rod that normally passes thru the firewall. I think it uses the stock pedal and somehow adapts it to the cylinder. From the clutch master cylinder you would use a hydraulic combination throw out bearing which incorporates the throw out bearing and the slave cylinder. Mc Leod makes these. I'd call or check the web sites at Keisler or McLeod for more info. Hope this helps -

Yeah, I've been in contact with both Mcleod and Keisler.

Keisler is currently still working on a new/stronger retainer for the TOB and not sure when they will have their setup ready. So far this is our plan, to wait for them to supply us what we need.

Mcleod told us what to order when we called them. We ordered from Summet and what came was a generic setup that would require major modifaction to the firewall. And even then, it would be unclear if we had the correct pedal geometry. For ~$500 I would expect way a way better set of parts than just a generic setup that would be great for a hot rod. I sent it back.
