Texas might get tired of supporting their welfare neighbors. While Texans pay the Fed gov't $1.00 and only gets 94 cents back, Louisiana, Arkansas & Oklahoma pay in $1 and get back about $1.47.
What is interesting is the money those "liberal welfare states" get back.
