Excellent point but I still wouldn't want to reach under my bench for something and have it sink it's fangs in me. Or have it or one it's siblings bite one of my dogs. I have a few jumping spiders and funnel spiders around. I generally don't kill them, but this thing is just weird. I've never seen one in Colorado before.
I can't imagine it's a web weaver, too big and heavy. It must be some kind of Hunter/Killer type spider.
