64 Dart HL/Wiper panel

Anyone here know of anyone that has the clean panel where the HL/Wiper switch goes on a 64 Dart? I'm switching out the pushbutton for a 4 speed on my 64 Dart. It's the last part I need to finish the parts collection for the swap.
