Carb Tuning / Vacuum Problems?
Distributor with cap off, timing mark at TDC:
Cap on (#1 wire at front):
Looks okay to me, it seems like it might be a little advanced of where it should be but I can't say for sure since I never noted where it was before, so I have nothing to compare to.
