Yes, its worth keeping... Its the same fourspeed used in the late a-body years of the dart & duster. I have one myself which I plan to install into my 70 Dart. I have a friend who just pulled one from a 76 Aspen wagon and installed into his 66 Baracuda /6. The pedals are worth something to someone building an F-body who wants a three or fourspeed. I dont know to much about the specs but I wouldnt call the trans weak! its just gear different and has a larger bearing retainer so you will need a bell housing for the OD fourspeed slantsix or small block... Not sure if this trans was ever used on a Big block, Im sure someone on here knows and can chime-in on more info! So yes its worth it for the right money, bought mine complete for $125... I see them selling complete starting around $250+
