I live 30 mins away but never go, ha ha. Too much traffic, cops, etc. Does get nice around here for a few weeks with lots of old cars around.
Wish there was a drag strip around and we could "run" the cars like they are meant to be driven! Detroit has lots a vacant land--State Fair grounds could be it...but no the neighbors--if any left--would not like it. So the Fair grounds sit empty (Michigan can not afford a Sate Fair)
