I can appreciate that. I can politely say no thank-you to a insult type offer.
I guess my point is, if your man enough to ask if it's for sale and your asked to make a reasonable offer, than you should be capable of doing just that and not have to keep badgering me for a price . Is it that hard to make an offer? Or is there a real need to ask, what do you want for it.
I just find it odd and at times aggravating how these scenarios play out.
So, what if I throw out $50k to get the person to move on, and he gets belligerent over it? What do you do?
