Help Please!!!

Tried that, moved the driver to in front of the ears to try to help line it up. My tranny is not being held up, could that be my problem? It appears that the pass side is not far enough back, when i push the motor back to line up the mount with the hole the motor is not straight.

Yes, bring up the tranny. You want to keep the motor & trans pretty level. One thing you can try too, is to bolt the tranny & crossmember first to guide. Don't raise the engine any higher than needed or the trans mount may get damaged.
