Does anyone have a clue-- mini starter?????

Anyone have a clue what this mini-starter is off of ??? I pulled this 2 years ago off something when I worked at a scrap yard, most parts I marked, this one I didn't for some reason, looks like a NAPA remanned.. The NAPA part number has worn off the sticker.. It kinda looks like a mopar starter, but I'm not sure... Thanks for any help...
