If changein' the brushes donesnt fix it, or thay won't give your money back or exchange it, I'd get the 4-1/2" drill master.. I got one at christmas and it ran up until last week, you know the hell I put mine through... Some of their stuff is great and some of it's junk, just like with craftsman and their older 3/8 drive ratchets, I have a box full of them busted ratchets but the other craftsman stuff I have is good stuff...
