Well I drove a week in Las Vegas, was great after I got the hang of it.
As for not letting drivers in their lane, well maybe you should have gotten over sooner if you were planing on turning.
Drivers by my home are too darn polite, just flip your turn signal on and others slow down to let you in--and clogs up the lane of traffic. Yeah sure I let others in but not for crossing over 2 lanes right by the traffic light. You can always turn back or take a different way.
That is another thing, drivers who think they HAVE to get over. Even stop--back up--not to miss their turn. They are the ones who cause accidents.
If you don't pay attention or push too hard to get ahead, you are not always going to make it. Might end up taking 5 mins longer but at least you made it there.
