Who is sick of driving today with all the jerks on the road

My gripe is the ones blowing through the end of the yellow and start of the red. I fight on a nightly basis (worse around Christmas, as everyone is hurrying to get to the mall), and they are almost parked in the middle of the intersection and their light is RED, and my left turn is GREEN. I can't get accross when it is my turn, so do I do the same thing to the next group?
