1966 'Cuda Hood
I got started on the hood again today with some more body work prior cutting the skin off.
Off comes the bulges.
1st trial fit. Hmmmmmmm. needs some trimming.
Thats a little better but more trimming needed.
Final trim done, hood cleaned and bulges centered for welding.
Spot welding done for now.
I need some new grinding wheels before I can get more done. The bulges added more weight to the hood than I expected. The hood springs hold the hood open, but a good stiff wind may close it too easily. I'll have to look at a solution for that.
