1967-69 Registry

I cant remember, but he basically didnt offer me anything until I paid $$$ up front. No build sheet with my car, but I still have orig fendertag. I have a few of his small "white books" that have great info. Contrary to what you mentioned, I believe the auto "S" was more common. Not trying to argue, this is just what I remember. I would NOT send orig build sheet or fendertag. Send a rubbing of fendertag and photocopy of buildsheet. Also try hammtrack historical, there is something on here about them. I will see what I can dig up.

My thread on moparts had a pasted production list that showed how many 68's were produced. It was either 395 or 398 383's with Auto and well over 700 were 4 speeds. I had asked about production numbers for QQ1 but was advised that they did not keep up with the colors or options until 1969.

I went to Galan's site and he requests a photo copy of the build sheet. I would never send the original.
I need the fender tag repopped. My car was rescued from being butchered and turned into a racecar. It was bought new in Oklahoma from what the guy I purchased it from stated. Another thing I noticed was the numbers stamped into the radiator support and left trunk gutter was not the VIN. It is acually the shipping number on the 1968. The VIN wasn't stamped until 1969.
