Second fuse box
It's always a good idea to ad an extra fuse block for aftermarket accessories, I see way too many people just tie them into the factory fuse block and all that does is over load the harness.
I ran a 10 gauge wire from the battery terminal through a 30 amp fuse and then a relay to power my extra fuse block. Then I powered the 15 amp relay switch wire from one of the switched terminals inside my factory fuse block, the factory fuse block has extra connections inside of it, some switched and some live 24/7 This way my extra fuse block is only powered when the key is on and it doesn't overload the factory wiring harness.
Like Daredevil said, the fuel pump needs to be powered from the battery and through it's own fuse and relay. This works a lot better if your battery is in the trunk. Just run a small switch wire up to the dash
