Growing up a child in the 60's it was hard to ignore Mopar's dominance on the track, be it NASCAR or NHRA. There was a Mopar of some sort on the cover of every magazine. The first time my Father took me to the now defunct New York National Speedway out on the east end of Long Island the VERY FIRST CAR I SAW was the Hurst Hemi under Glass upon entering the track.
That should explain every angle of my fetish.:yawinkle:
