Nope. Standard equipment on the '70 Duster except 340 was D70-14, which equates to a 190/70R14 (not generally produced; it's between a 185/70R14 and a 195/70R14). Standard equipment on the Duster 340 was E70-14, which equates to a 195/70R14.
