PST drop spindle question

Will a 15 x 7 with 4.25 bs ralley wheel with 235 60 15 tires clear the tie rod?
Is there any other issues that I should be aware of?
I have coilovers on the front and the street lynx in the rear.
I want to lower the car to improve handling and looks.
This is on a 72 Dart.
