worn upper a arm bolt, interchange help

Rats. NAPA did not have anything back to 1964. I bought one for a 1967 A body. The bolt is about 1/2 inch too long and the bolt shank is flattened across the entire length of the bolt. The factory bolt is not like this.

The Mopar cam bolts are all the same back to at least 64. Yes, the aftermarket cams are a bit longer and look a little different, but will work fine.
