If it hooks I'd say 13.8 with 3.23's . . . maybe even a 14.0
with the 3.91s and a good leave I'd say 12.70's Point I'm trying to make here is 60ft is everything and even with traction that small converter and weak 3.23 gear is not gona be ideal.

Unless he's in Denver, that car will see 12s as it sits easy, A buddy of mine yrs. ago (mid 80s) had a 68 charger fully dressed, .030" over 440, .509 cam, TRW 6 pack pistons, mildly ported 906 heads, Torquer intake, 850dp, 3500 stall, 3.23 gears, yes 3.23s, the engine was built for 4.10s, with slicks & "stock" suspention car ran 12.4s-12.5s. 60fts. were not good, like 2.0s
