Flatlander Rebuild Kit

Hey,
I have a 73' 225, and I'm wanting to rebuild it. I was curious who makes good and bad kits? The Flatlander looks like a pretty good deal, but that also scares me about it... Anyone used one?

Their Master Kit is under $500.
