Within a group of bulbs of the same size, shape, and base, the different bulbs have different power consumption (wattage), different light output (lumens or candlepower), and—incidentally—different nominal lifespan specifications. The numbers are not sequential; a 168 draws more power and puts out more light than a 194, for example.

All have different wattage, if you look at a philips , or sylvania cotalogue it will give you the brightest one, used to sell them not sure which one is.
