I have a '67 Valiant with a dash pad that's seen better days. Looking around, it seems like the replacement pads are '68+. What's the difference? Can I use a '68 pad on my '67 dash?

pretty sure its a straight swap. if i understand correctly, the only difference is the 67 only contour on the top of the pad.

68 is one year only. 69 up will work in your car. The difference there from 67 is the extra little line formed across the top. That little line was 67 only.

Okay, so...No big deal, since the car has pretty much lost all restored value anyway and nothing's original to begin with. :) I've got a nice set of '68 Signet interior door and quarter panels anyway; a different-year dash pad will be fine.

Thanks again, FABO!

The 67 dash goes down a little lower on the sides of the dash, not normally a problem unless your dash has trim that lines up with the bottom of the sides of the pad. Hope that make sense. :)
