Nope, it's the Rock Island Armory. I was born in Moline, Illinois which is right next to Rock Island. The Armory is right on the Mississippi River and, at the time (maybe still does), had a parking lot with a big cement wall on the river side that overlooked the locks. My dad would take us there in the evenings sometimes where we'd sit on the wall and watch the big boats go through. Moved to Colorado when I was 14 and haven't seen it since.
Oh, almost forgot. I missed the UPS guy during both of his runs on Friday. It was one of those days.
