Wondering if anyone knows where the jacking instruction decal is supposed to be placed. Does it go on the underside of the trunk lid or does it go on the spare tire cover board? Trying to keep original look.

Not sure if it helps on a Dart but on the Barracudas I have had it was on the right side of the lid also on the left of the lid.

It was literally just slapped on the under side of the trunk lid. Usually on a flat surface but I've seen some that overlapped the bracing. Many had wrinkles which sometimes obscured the directions and I even had one that was up-side-down! Must have been an entry level job for those who couldn't figure out how to flip a burger paddy over!
 
I dont have a pic of mine but its on the drivers side not the pass like the pic above. It is original I am sure of that I guess it didnt matter. My Dart was built in California.
