Yes there are similar devices available having a wide range of price. No other will be as compact or as easy to install.

Cool, I very likely want one for my '73, but I wonder if you've licked the problem I've had with commercially-available kits in the past: because they trigger off the instrument cluster lights, the buzzer doesn't sound if you happen to have the cluster lights dimmed all the way off and you leave the headlights on.

Yesterdays buzzer would change in volume and tone. Sort of like a horn blowing on a dead battery.
This little 90 db PIEZO buzzer with built in driver requires only 3 V dc and draws 5mAmps. I dont believe the dimmer would effect it.
Since I have that dimmer bypassed in my car , I cant run out and test it. I'll take your concern to the workbench first thing tomarrow morn. Thanks

yah, i really need something like this
but is this thing just going to constantly buzz when my headlights are on?
be great if it would do so only when lights are on and door open, my door buzzer aint working anywho

why the connection to the turn signal??

A constant beep when the headlights are on comes in on the red wire. The "shut up" signal comes in on the yellow wire. Ignition switch on powers the turn signal fuse and others.
Universal means it can be used for other purposes and wired other ways.

Bump. I still have 7 of these available. Negotiations are ongoing which ( if and when completed) will limit availability of my products to catalog marketing only.
