2bbl-4bbl conversion?

Alright, finally decided to pull the trigger & upgrade the stock 2bbl on my 318 to a Holley 600 (http://www.holley.com/0-80457S.asp). Will I have any problems with the stock AT Kickdown? Thx in advance.
